What you Need to Know
When you get your windows server you will receive a document that contains the hostname, username and password to your server. You will be able to use a variety of popular remote management tools to gain access to the server. All of our servers come with Windows Web Edition or Windows Standard Edition for easy management. A basic understanding of hosting you own server is expected. We will help you with basic questions about your server and server management. We will not be assisting with complete windows server configuration. We are here to help you with hosting related questions.
